All Discord invite links on the projects page have expired. Updated all channel links with new non-expiring invites and corrected the spread-the-word channel name.

It was reported on Twitter that the Discord invite links on the projects page have expired. This PR updates all channel links with new non-expiring invites.
Additionally, corrected the channel name from
#spreadthewordto#spread-the-wordto match the actual Discord channel name.
