Add .bat file for the latest Visual Studio edition.

I agree.
Adding: cd %~dp0
(Change to current file's directory)
to the 1st line of all CMake .bat scripts would also be helpful. You can just double click and not have to manually open CMD and CD to the project folder ahead of time.
