Updating adventure and the fabric-permission-api is not necessarily needed to make it work, but it's a nice to have anyways, so i'll allow it ^^ |

Hi,
I have updated the mod to be compatible with the latest Fabric API and Minecraft 1.21.6.
This also required upgrading gradle and luckperms dependencies.
I have tested it on my own server and it seems to be working but testing has not been exhaustive.
