Hi Jonkor, I can't test the qube servo 3 since I don't have one but I'll test that it works with my qube servo 2 soon |

Added support for Qube Servo 3 by loading all relevant hardware parameters from a config file. The parameters are loaded based on the QUANSER_HW environment variable which defaults to QUANSER_HW = "qube_servo3_usb" but can be changed based on the Qube Servo version one prefers. This PR includes changes to environment definition and controller definitions to use parameters based on the QUANSER_HW variable and the config files.
