Added pathToScript and systemId filter

• Added parameter

  -s, --systems     List of system ids to process; leave empty to process all
  --pathToScript    (Default: /etc/openhab2/scripts/)

• Fixed generation of rule file (systemId and GatewayId for the call of the request_values.sh script)
