### Data preprocess
0_0_data_check_data.ipynb, 1_1_data_preprocess_mar.ipynb and 1_2_data_preprocess_struct_miss.ipynb are notebooks for data check and preprocessing purposes.

### Result computation
3_gformula_script.py is the python script for computing the results of the G-formula on each data chunk.

### Result postprocess
5_postprocess.ipynb is the notebook for processing the results and aggregating them.
