* Cleanup of existing code * Adding MABMISImageDataXMLFileReader, which was missing * Update CMake code to make it closer to current extension template Adding a module to ease restrictions imposed by the main algorithm: * The images to be segmented don't have to match the image grid of the atlas * The images are resampled to match meta-data of the atlas images, optionally transforming them if transformations are supplied * The output is an .xml file compliant with the tester executable
