will have the vertical scrollbar hidden and the first line always stays at top. The control will resize itself accordingly to the text height.

This is very usefull in some scenarios, like having the control within another scroll viewer...

The resizing is done on the ImageTarget, so having a different Template should work too (not tested yet).

PS: please change your versioning schema to 0.3.x so it's easier for other to build local nuget packages.

- if True will hide the vertical scrollbar and instead resize the control vertically
- vertical resizing not implement yet
- EditorBaseControl sets MainWrappers Container to NULL on Unload
- "little" problem: now the outer scrollview must scroll, how to implement that? Either there is already a mechanism for that in WinUI3 or just make an Event and an easy  way to find out what from which direction should be visible...
