Types:

  • Detect optional match groups in Regex (done by shipping wasm regex parser)
  • Detect regex scopes so the node can export the scopes.

Runtime behavior:

  • Fix aborts if it doesn't capture anything for all groups
  • Make runtime for scopes work

Closes #494
