Add LJPW Resonance Engine with core enhancements

Implements four high-priority features based on the new LJPW documentation:

1. Resonance Cycling: LJPW dimension oscillation that reveals deficits

   • RK4 integration with state-dependent coupling (Law of Karma)
   • Bounded mode converges to Anchor Point (1,1,1,1)
   • Deficit detection through asymmetric coupling dynamics

2. Earned Depth Metric: Track refactoring journey significance

   • Earned Depth = Distance Traveled × Struggle Ratio
   • Hard paths earn more depth than easy paths
   • Journey comparison for understanding code evolution

3. Voltage Calculation: Semantic energy measurement

   • Voltage = sqrt(L² + J² + P² + W²)
   • Measures "aliveness" of meaning
   • Source/target comparison for transformation quality

4. Power Erosion Detection: Flag high-P, low-W code

   • Implements PowerErosion = γ × (P^n/(K^n+P^n)) × (1-W)
   • Severity levels: NONE, LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, CRITICAL
   • Wisdom protection factor prevents Justice degradation

Includes comprehensive test suite (40 tests, all passing).
