The skill tends to ask the user couple of question regarding which framework to pick or if they want to use any core-extension.
But when it comes to sandgarden-bot I don't think it has the chat ability / take in user input. Maybe we hardcode some stuff in the harness (sandgarden-bot) that while developing the full stack etehereum app use no extension and always use hardhat so it will properly instruct the LLM with all the things and LLM will give the command which won't require any interaction
