🚀 Project Overview This project is an AI-powered grievance redressal platform designed to help government and public authorities manage citizen complaints efficiently. Using Natural Language Processing (NLP), the system: Analyzes unstructured grievance text Categorizes complaints Assigns priority based on urgency and impact Routes grievances to the appropriate department The goal is to reduce resolution time, improve accountability, and enhance citizen trust in public governance systems.
