1) Configuration file edition:

Set the config_file.cfg file.

2) - If you use SGE scheduler, launch the script
sh beadarraycnv.sge.sh  config_file.cfg
   - If you use SLURM scheduler, launch the script
sh beadarraycnv.slurm.sh  config_file.cfg
