Copy current ReportStream mappings to prime-fhir-converter #18925
Description
Problem statement
The mappings for the HL7v2 message types that ReportStream uses (ORU_R01, ORM_O01, OML_O21) need to be added to the prime-fhir-converter library.
Considerations
ORM_O01 and OML_O21 are new message types for prime-fhir-converter. Documentation and unit/integration tests may need to be updated to reflect these new mappings.
Acceptance criteria
- Updated mappings have been added to prime-fhir-converter
