Magento extension to display Newsletter layer window.
Features - backend configuration options:

- enable / Disable switcher
- pages to display layer at: all, homepage only, categorypage only, productpage only
- AJAX form submission

- display any CMS block
- upload custom AJAX indicator
- set width and height of the layer if you want it to be fixed size
- set background properties: color, image, position, repeat/no-repeat

- enable/disable cookies
- set cookie-lifetime to display layer only once per X days
