Main features of this release are:

• keep-alive used for all sockets
• optional custom passwd server authentication callback (set with nc_server_ssh_set_passwd_auth_clb)
• allowing concurrent RPC and notification processing
• bugfixes and minor improvements

This release depends on libyang (v0.15-r1)
