Though I agree that using URIs is preferred (over blank nodes), I'm not sure using @id as a substitute for schema:url is sufficient. The url for schema:Organization clearly refers to the website of the organization, whereas the @id is a broader concept and doesn't necessarily resolve. Shouldn't we prefer to have both?

In general, prefer URIs over URLs.
