Setup

1. Go to console.cloud.google.com

2. Create a new project named csss-site-backend

3. Configure consent screen

internal user type
app name & emails (CSSS Site Backend, etc...)
all scopes (this is only being used by the webserver to access workspace data)

4. Create OAuth Client ID

desktop app (this feels unintuitive but ig we have to...)
