i don't really know what i'm talking about but from my experimentation i think adding it to the blacklist in the init.lua is enough, just adding it in the effect.lua doesn't prevent the crash and from what i can tell particles that have already been blacklisted in init don't need to be blacklisted twice (there are currently no effects that are present on both blacklists as far as i can see) |

Ah, I see, one is for blacklisted files, and the other is for blacklisted particle effects within those files. |
