auto_acq-0.1.0-alpha

This is the first pre-release of this project to automate confocal imaging with a client program using the Leica Microsystems CAM interface. The code has been tested and used in a production environment, but its structure is very crude, so expect this to change in the next releases. See the readme for more information.
