I don't have the resources to test for this right now, I think I will end up removing the Windows build if this continues like that

I've been studying more about CMake and, specifically, about Modern CMake, turns out I've been doing some horrifying things here (￣▽￣*)ゞ
In line with the previous thoughts, I will try to use Git Submodules as needed and keep vendored assets to a minimum.
