Pre-release 1.0.1

The following changes are made to the wrapper

-Updated version from 1.0.0 to 1.0.1. Contains changes to environment variables as updated in CLI
-Updated main.yml file to build and then publish the jar
-Added the test cases and automation to run the test cases using github action when changes are pushes to master branch including pull request
