Description

This change was made as part of the bug fix for AST-107490, which addresses the usage of the http_proxy environment variable in lowercase.
With this update, the Jenkins plugin will now correctly honour the lowercase http_proxy variable, thereby resolving the customer's issue related to proxy configuration not being recognized.
