SkiaScene 3.0!

It has been a while since anything has happened in this repository. @Cheesebaron has taken over ownership and is now the maintainer of SkiaScene. Many thanks to @OndrejKunc for his effort on this library!

What's changed

• TFMs changed to .NET 8.0 and .NET 9.0. NetStandard target has been removed
• Removed Xamarin.Forms support
• Added MAUI support (UWP support is still pending contributions are welcome)
• SkiaSharp has been updated to 3.x
