This repository contains the benchmark, notebooks, and outputs used in my Master thesis analysis.
- notebooks/ – Jupyter notebooks documenting the pipelines applied to the mouse small intestine and mouse brain datasets.
- output/ – Figures and intermediate results generated during the analysis.
- benchmark/ – Benchmark results comparing kernel shapes, kernel sizes, clustering algorithms...
Some small code fragments were refined with the assistance of ChatGPT and are explicitly annotated in the corresponding files.
All analysis, methodological decisions, and interpretations were performed by the author.
