This CHIP is now a Draft. It adds the maximum set of APIs for the new wallet signer protocol.
Also related to the wallet signer protocol are CHIPs 28, 29, 30, and 31.

This CHIP is now in Last Call. If no changes are required in the next two weeks, it will be moved to Final and no further changes will be allowed.
