Description

This is a set of changes made to prepare for the 25H2 release.

• It sets the Start menu layout to List to make it consistent with older updates:

• It disables Start menu settings:

• It also adds an option to skip first logon animation (Applicable to all versions of Win11, even Win10)

Note

Stupid stuff made by Microsoft still makes it take a minute to load the taskbar.

Testing

Testing of the independent settings was done in a 25H2 Insider VM with success.
