Adds Webcmd under "Libraries for driving the protocol (or a layer above)", grouped with the other TypeScript/Node.js entries next to Lumen.
Webcmd sits a layer above CDP via playwright-core: it learns how a site is navigated once and compiles that into deterministic per-site CLI commands for AI agents. Apache-2.0.
