It needs more ui work but...
There are:

• new concaption of building stuff. For each feature/component create own folder where ui and business logic are separated. thoughts?
• logic how annotations could be added
• annotation data structure

id - unique annotation id
text - annotation text
author - annotation author, anonym for now but will be stored authenticated user
date -  date when the comment was added

Future plans

1. In this PR. Improve UI.
2. In other prs. Edit/delete notes
