Added biomass equations for young stands and mixed stands.
Two new columns were included to identify them. Please have a look and let me know if any changes are needed to facilitate their implementation in the R library. Pay special attention to the input variables for young stands, as they differ from dbh and h.
In the original manuscript for young stands, five models were fitted, but I only included the best one for each species. However, we should consider including Model 1 (which requires only the diameter at the base of the tree) for cases where no other variables are available. I’d appreciate your perspective on this
