问题并没有得到解决！使用AVURLAsset(...).duration.seconds方法获取的mp3时长比caf每次都多出0.1s，但播放这两个文件很容易辨别出mp3明显不完整，尾部还是失帧了。 |

排查发现是因为停止录音时 length 不够 PCM_SIZE * 2 导致剩余的部分没有转码
