remove alpha mutagens from generic mutagen loot #85896

it seems that the alpha mutagen is some highly advanced mutagen that's typically viewed as the peak of mutagens. it has it's own custom lab map (the one with the 2 M249 that has 3 alpha primers) so it seems weird to me when I see like 5 alpha primers in a generic mutation map.
I don't know if this is intended but for me it seems like it would be better if it's out of the generic pool so I can feel rewarded when I find/craft through special means

remove it from generic pools where other mutagens can spawn
