Due by June 30, 2023This will enable the coupler robustly to calculate fluxes for each model (and its subcomponent) and pass them where needed. This will be relevant for AMIP where the component models exchange fluxes (~) at each timestep. The flux calculation will need to be moved to atmos eventually, where flux will be calculated and then distributed by the coupler. (not part of this AMIP milestone)
