feat: add BigLake Metastore logo

Why?

Add the BigLake Metastore logo to the icon library so it can be used across the product.

How?

• Added Biglake-Metastore.tsx SVG logo component under src/components/Assets/Logos/
• Registered the logo in LogosDark.ts and LogosLight.ts system files
• Added the new logo type to types.ts
