Looks like the issue is the installation of pytest-cov in the tox tests. We will need to clean this up but otherwise the PR looks great! Thanks so much! Can you test this with |

Added a qos option (usage
python tas.py run -q {qos_name}) so we can run jobs on our normal prio nodes in addition to running on low prio nodes.
