We used to also do some analysis over closed PRs, but we don't any more, so this just slows down requests for no good reason.

There was a problem hiding this comment.
I ran the change via the ephemeral environment and it took approximately 6-7 seconds which is faster than the ~15 seconds it takes when retrieving all PRs.
