Touch Drag Scroll with a new package id

This release is the extension to the droid-synth project. The differences are

• A feature called Touch Drag Scroll added. When enabled in the settings, it allows to scroll window for the on-screen piano keyboard while keeping one or more keys pressed. This can give more performance opportunities without interrupting. To see how this work, see the video at the issue page
• the package name changed to com.codereamp.synthesizer to avoid conflicts with the com.manichord.synthesizer project
