Summary

Adds CLAUDE.md file to provide guidance for Claude Code when working in this repository
Includes critical rules for branching, commits, and PR conventions
Documents build commands, project architecture, and key details

Test plan

Verify CLAUDE.md is properly formatted
Verify conventional commit types table is correct
Verify npm commands are accurate
