Summary

  • Adds CLAUDE.md file to provide guidance for Claude Code when working with this repository
  • Includes critical rules for branch workflow, conventional commits, and GitHub issue management
  • Documents common development commands (test, lint, format, build)
  • Describes the action's architecture and key dependencies

Test plan

  • Verify CLAUDE.md renders correctly on GitHub
  • Confirm all documented commands are accurate
