Description of the changes
Supersedes #6647
Updates assets and docs (again) with the latest Developer Portal Redesign changes.
Also updates miscellaneous images from other pages, but does not update docs from those. Specifically,
adminwhich contained a note about the "Public bot" setting.trivia_author.pngwhich showed Red responding as "BOT" which now shows "APP" on modern discord versions.Have the changes in this PR been tested?

Sorry I am literally out of readthedocs active versions for the free plan, so I had to remove my active docs for the backup instructions PR to make way for this one. They build though!
