Issues Addressed

1. Fixed an issue where text selection and highlight regions could have incorrect heights and extend beyond the top of the text on some rotated pages with hidden OCR text layers.
2. Improved text selection calculations for rotated pages and scanned OCR documents, resulting in more accurate text selection, selection handle dragging, and Markup annotation placement.
3. Fixed an issue where CPDFBackground#getOpacity() returned an incorrect value for valid background objects.
