Updated the Kandinsky 5.0 I2V model download links in both Chinese and English documentation to point to the correct HuggingFace repository URL. Fixed the model filename from kandinsky5lite_i2v_sft_5s.safetensors to kandinsky5lite_i2v_5s.safetensors in download links and directory structure references.
