This is a more conservative alternative to #597. After thinking about it more from the feedback, having a read-only MarkdownDocument property makes more sense because the control should own the creation and management of that object, but the user might still want to access it (e.g. to convert it into HTML and copy it into the clipboard).
If the user wants to customize the MarkdownPipeline, they should use the extensibility mechanisms that are currently being architected.
