For non-Windows users there are no official binaries. Instead, clone the repository and follow the instructions found in COMPILE.

For Windows users I provide a binary which is located here: https://github.com/ComputerNerd/Retro-Graphics-Toolkit/blob/master/RetroGraphicsToolkit.exe.7z. Click “View Raw” to download.
