Fix truffle config with default ganache-cli settings

As a new comer, I checkout this repo, started ganache-cli and tried to run truffle migrate.

It does not work. Console logs say it tries to connect to network 5777 on port 7545.

Editing the truffle-config.js file with "default" settings from "official" tutorial fixes the situation.

Thanks for this @MatthieuScarset , sorry we're just seeing it.

You're totally right about the migration, unfortunately the truffle test is breaking. Can you see on your end if some of the configurations are causing this?
