Addresses ag-ui-protocol#624

Summary

emit state snapshot events from the middleware using the ADK-provided payload without rewriting it, reverting to previous behavior
add coverage to the comprehensive event translator tests to ensure snapshots and helper passthrough preserve top-level keys unaltered
