Update notes and add snapshot download logic

Changes

✅ Documentation update

Description of Changes

  1. Updated THAI/README.md file typo: commit
  2. Update sui_testnet.sh script file: commit
    • updated comments to adapt the command lines
    • added sui-tool build logic
    • added snapshot download logic for testnet

Testing Method

Successfully tested in following environment:

        PRETTY_NAME="Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS"
        NAME="Ubuntu"
        VERSION_ID="22.04"
        VERSION="22.04.3 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish)"
       10 CPUs
       125GB RAM
      3.5TB Storage
