Add redirect to avoid http 500 on alarm logger service

Client request to http:///swagger-ui throws exception and returns HTTP 500 to client.

This is a fix: the endpoint redirect to /swagger-ui/index.html.

Unfortunately some auto-formatting done by IntelliJ...
