Setup the work environment

• Choose the technologies that we will use and justify
• Setup the Kanban, define workflows, setting up the labels, issues,
• Define the working conventions (naming convention, working with git, code guidelines ..)
• Setup the software factory: Build orchestrator, Binary repository, Static code analyser

Implementation

• Coding a walking skeleton (from the first interface until Data visualizer)
• Implementing the components gradually in parallel to the data visualization part.
• Creating a generator module to inject data and test our visualization engine.

Future enhancements (long-term development)

After the MVP delivery, we plan to expand the data available for the analyst (transactions documents). We plan also to give the analyste the possibility to pilot the visualizer in order to create dashboards and saving their configurations for reuse purpose. For the bank, we will add saving account features and more control for the banker.
