Upgraded multiple Gradle plugins and dependencies including Kotlin, Spring Boot, Spotless, Jackson, Bouncy Castle, Testcontainers, and more to their latest stable versions. Enhanced library constraints to include updated implementations and dependency exclusions for improved compatibility.
